Cancelation Policy
for Pre-Paid Private Consultations
Refund Policy:
- Private consultations must be paid in full, in advance, before scheduling.
- Please be careful when scheduling an appointment time. We do not refund canceled appointments.
- Private appointments are conducted by telephone. Adrienne will call you.
- Please be available promptly at the designated start time. Because Adrienne is often booked back-to-back, she cannot extend your session (or refund it) if you are running late.
- Adrienne’s appointments are conducted in English. At this time, she cannot make calls outside the United States.
How to Schedule:
- We use a scheduling software, called TidyCal, to book private consultations.
- TidyCal will send you an automated invitation by email, within 10 minutes.
- IMPORTANT! Once you receive your invitation, you must click the green YES button to post your appointment on Adrienne’s calendar.
- Can’t find your invitation? Search spam for the subject line: “INVITATION” or “PRIVATE CONSULTATION.”

To Reschedule:
- We honor 1 request to reschedule, per appointment.
- To reschedule, you must notify Adrienne 24 hours in advance. Your invitation contains instructions for rescheduling. (Or you may contact us directly, using the form at the bottom of this page.)
